Doug is amazing and one of the most knowledgeable computer techs I have EVER met.... Most Computer Techs are hacks but this guy REALLY knows his stuff. It was so refreshing to meet someone who is soooo good at what they do and reasonably priced as well.

Doug is AWESOME! Our office manager's computer did this weird blue screen thing and would not let her open her computer. I called Doug at 5:00 in the evening and he talked me through the steps to get access to the computer, I allowed him to remotely access the controls and HE WORKED OVER NIGHT to remove an enormous amount of junk and when we came back the next morning the computer worked like a new one!
