These staff is rude, we were there today for pizza, an hour before there town parade. They told us it would be 25 min, gave her out number she said we could wait we did. Pulled to back half of the parking lot so we would t be in the way because they were busy.One of the store reps came out and started yelling at us that we had to move because her family was parking their for the parade. We tried to tell her we weren't staying we were just waiting on pizza but she just kept yelling, this was crazy. I reported this to corporate along with the other people I was with did never encountered this at a Casey's I'm really glad I don't frequent this store. I know managers at other Casey's it's funny how people treat you when they don't know who your are.
Got there an hour before walnut festival parade and ordered a pizza. A lady who was camped out in front of store told us we couldn't park there, we told her we were only waiting on pizza, she went and got store manager, apparently a friend of hers and she came out yelling at us. We pulled in front of pumps and enbed up getting a half cooked pizza, then we Left. Will not go back to that store or order another pizza.
Pizza is pretty good I will say they have that. Other than that the staff is about as incompetent as one can be. I went to make a purchase and needed an ID, I said ok handed my passport over the manager informed m that passpports were not legal ID's and would not sell to me. I will never enter that store again due to simple small town stupidity.
Best damn place in town to get pizza best coffee in town like I said best place in town to get pizza beats the heck out of Simple Simon's trash hole
